main house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms
and 3½ bathrooms, plus to 2 additional people for a maximum of
10 people. |

The cottage has a queen sized bed, full bath, efficiency kitchen,

- Helios Cottage (Guest house)
if rented together with the main house, 2 persons only,

- Down payment of 50% of the rental
fee due at booking
- The balance for the entire amount
is due 60 days prior to arrival at Helios House
- For reservations made within
30 days of stay, a certified check is required
- A damage and loss deposit of
$ 500 per week of rental for the main house and $ 250 for
the cottage is due with the balance payment. This deposit
will be returned after examination of the house, yard and
contents.
- Helios House and Helios Cottage
are non-smoking houses. We have ash trays at the outdoor kitchen
and patios (beach ash trays available).
