The main house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms and 2 beds can be added for a maximum of 10 people.

Rental Rates for:

• Up to 6 persons per week: $6,500
• Each additional person (up to 8 people) per week: $400
• For each additional person per week:$ 250
• Helios Cottage (Guest house) if rented together with the main house, 2 persons only, per week: $1,000

Summary Terms and Conditions:

• Down payment of 50% of the rental fee due at booking
• The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival at Helios House
• A damage and loss deposit of $ 500 per week of rental for the main house and $ 250 for the cottage is due with the balance payment. This deposit will be returned after examination of the house, yard and contents
• Helios House and Helios Cottage are non-smoking houses. Ash trays are provided at the outdoor kitchen and patios
