Rental Rates, Summary Terms and Staff
Helios House is available for vacation rentals. Guests can rent the Main House and have a choice of adding the Tower and/or Cottage depending on how much accommodation (up to 20 guests) they require. Rental rates are as follows:
Helios Main House accommodates up to 14 guests in 5 bedrooms and rents for $9,000 per week for up to 6 guests, plus $50 per night for each additional guest.
Helios Tower accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and rents for $2,400 per week.
Helios Cottage accommodates up to 2 guests in 1 studio bedroom and rents for $1,200 per week.
A standard rental agreement is available and contains the following summary terms:
Minimum rental one week; additional days can be added on a pro rata basis
Usual rentals are from Saturday to Saturday
Normal check-in time 4pm; check-out time 10am
Down payment of 50% due at the time of booking to guarantee reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival
Rent payments refundable upon cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival
Refundable security deposit of 10% of the rental amount
Helios Staff
Our estate manager can help you with any arrangements that you may want to make prior to your arrival and deal with any questions or issues that may come up during your stay. She will welcome you upon arrival and show you the house and the grounds. If you need any help or information, she will be happy to assist you
Our housekeeper comes three times per week
Our gardener can bring you coconuts and any other fruit (when in season). He sweeps the terraces and cleans the grill for you
Additional housekeeping can be arranged upon request
