We just returned from a perfect week at Helios House. The property is located on the most beautiful beach we've ever seen. We snorkeled and paddle boarded right from the beach! Our group of 3 families had plenty of room and the kids loved the pool! The accommodations are comfortable and spacious and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed his hospitality and were treated like friends. We had Irene cook for us 5 nights of our stay and it absolutely made our vacation! We had delicious meals and highly recommend her services. It was a short, easy drive to town for supplies and fishing charters. Some of our group drove further south to scuba dive as well. It was hard to leave this paradise!! We will return!!

We were lucky enough to spend a week at Helios House recently with friends & family. It's one of the few places we've stayed where the photos don't do it justice. So serene and beautiful. The beach was gorgeous and quiet & the water temperature was perfect. The week went by too quickly. Irene made us some delicious meals which we all shared together, a special treat which everyone enjoyed. The island felt safe and was easy to get around with a car. We tried a few of the recommended restaurants and bars on the island and were not disappointed. Many places don't take credit cards, so be sure to carry cash. There are ATMs available. We hope to go back someday.
